The best Mexican food in Kansas City has moved to Lee’s Summit. Fiesta Azteca opened it’s doors at the new Lee’s Summit location Saturday, December 11, 2010.Owner Andres Orozco provides the same outstanding food and friendly service that has made his restaurant a hit for seven years at a tiny location in Raytown. The new location is three times larger, in a much newer building.
Fiesta Azteca offers all the traditional dishes and combinations that you would find in any Mexican restaurant, but where this place shines is the authentic Mexican menu. They offer steak, chicken breast or Carnitas (pork) in a variety of excellent presentations with tasty sauces.
Fiesta Azteca is also known for their Margaritas, They are as big as your head, and really pack a punch. This is not your pre-made store bought mix, it’s the real deal – bring a designated driver.
They also have a giant burrito called the “El Azteca” – over six pounds of burrito, if you can eat it all, maybe you can be a TV star.
